What is Rentium?
Rentium is rental property management software for self-managing landlords — properties, leases, and rent accounting in one place, built API-first so AI agents and integrations can work with your portfolio data.
Can I use Rentium today?
Rentium is in private preview with a small number of real portfolios. Self-service account creation and purchases are closed for now; existing and invited users can still sign in.
What works today?
Structuring a portfolio (LLCs, properties, units, tenants, leases), automatic monthly rent charges with prorated first and last months, recording check and Zelle payments, a live rent roll with balances and delinquency, and a per-lease ledger statement backed by a balanced double-entry ledger with immutable entries.
Can I import my existing rental data?
Yes. Open Rentium's built-in AI assistant and attach the files you already have — spreadsheets, CSV files, lease PDFs, or screenshots. The assistant reads them, proposes an import plan for your confirmation, creates the records, and verifies the result against your portfolio and rent roll.
Can I use Rentium from ChatGPT or Claude?
Yes. Add Rentium as a custom plugin in ChatGPT or a custom connector in Claude, then sign in securely and choose a Rentium workspace. The step-by-step guide is at rentium.app/connect-chatgpt-claude. You do not need to understand or configure MCP.
Can Rentium collect rent online?
Yes. Rentium supports tenant bank linking and ACH rent collection, with each settled payment posting automatically to the same ledger and ACH returns recorded as explicit reversals. Checks and Zelle payments can still be recorded manually.
Does Rentium have an API?
Yes. The API is a first-class surface: the OpenAPI schema is public at rentium.app/api/docs, every endpoint requires authentication, and all data is scoped to your workspace.
What does Rentium cost?
The intended self-service plan is free for up to 5 units — every feature, no card required. Rentium Pro adds unlimited units and live rent collection by bank transfer: $15.00/mo includes 10 units, then $0.85 per additional unit · $1.00 flat per ACH rent payment, and you choose whether you or the tenant covers that fee.
