Collecting rent by bank transfer adds a flat $1.00 per payment — you choose whether you or the tenant covers it. Nothing else is metered.
Pricing questions
- How does the free trial work?
- Starting Pro begins a 30-day free trial: you add a card, nothing is charged today, and billing starts automatically when the trial ends. Cancel any time before then from the self-serve billing portal and you pay nothing.
- Who pays the ACH fee?
- Bank-transfer rent payments cost a flat $1.00 — not a percentage, and about half of what tenants are typically charged elsewhere. You decide who pays it: absorb it as the landlord or pass it to the tenant.
- Is pricing per workspace?
- Yes. One workspace holds your whole portfolio — including multiple LLCs or owners inside it — and pricing is per workspace, by unit count.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Everything keeps working on the free plan: your data stays intact and exportable, up to 5 units stay fully manageable, and live ACH collection pauses. Your card stays on file so restarting Pro is one click.
- Is bank verification really free?
- Yes — identity verification and bank linking are part of the free plan, so you can confirm everything connects before paying a cent. Only live money movement needs Pro.
